FOR THE PROVISION OF HEALTH /MEDICAL INSURANCE FOR BAYLOR TANZANIA EMPLOYEES.

 

Baylor College of Medicine Children’s Foundation-Tanzania (Baylor- Tanzania) is a non-government organization (NGO) dedicated to supporting the provision of high- quality, comprehensive HIV/AIDS care and treatment to HIV - exposed and - infected children and adolescents in the Lake and Southern Highlands Zones of Tanzania through service delivery, training and research. Baylor-Tanzania is part of the Baylor International Pediatric AIDS Initiative (BIPAI) Clinical Centres of Excellence Network which is headquartered at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas, USA through collaboration with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Government of Tanzania Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children

 

Baylor- Tanzania office hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders to submit a proposal for provision of Health Medical Insurance as per table below:

The tender documents with detailed information may be obtained from the organizations Portal: jobs.baylortanzania.or.tz/tender.pdf free of charge or Tender documents can be obtained from the office of Procurement and Supplies Officer and should be dropped in the Tender Box kept at the Reception Office as per following schedule. “Bidders who download the tender document must forward their company details to hnsemwabaylortanzania.or.tz to facilitate subsequent clarifications and or addendum as appropriate”.

 

A prospective bidder having any question regarding this RFP shall send an email prior to the due date and time for submission of offers to the following addresses: hnsemwabaylortanzania.or.tz.

 

Interested eligible bidders may collect or request a complete set of bidding documents at the office of the Secretary to the Tender Board which is located at Baylor college of Medicine Children’s Foundation – Tanzania , Box 2663 Mbeya – Tanzania from Mondays to Fridays from 8.00 AM to 1.30 PM (GMT+3) local time except on public holidays.

 

All proposals should be marked original plus one copy, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address given below before Thursday, March 15th 2018 at 1030hrs.

 

Baylor Tanzania reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, and to annul the bidding process and reject all proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders. Baylor Tanzania is under no obligation to accept the lowest proposals. Late proposals, electronic proposals, i.e proposals not received shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
